Vehicle exhaust

I live in an off-season rental in a quiet neighborhood. It is a very quiet street if you are not chemically sensitive.

Every morning between 7 and 9 a.m. I become sick from the gasoline from the vehicles of my immediate neighbors as they go to work.

Yesterday, November 30th I had about 2 hours before 7 a.m. in which I made 2 small crochet items and went for a 22-minute walk. Then the gasoline from the vehicles between 7 and 9 a.m. ended my day.

That small amount of gasoline gives me third eye pain and inflammation in my head. The inflammation is not visible but it hurts enough to force me to take out any barrettes or hair sticks and remove my reading glasses. The pain and the lack of glasses mean I do nothing.

This morning, December 1, 2011 I put the kitchen air purifier up from the lowest to the highest setting sometime around 7 a.m. Only one person started a car around then and I got away with very slight pain. Around 9 a.m. 2 or 3 people started vehicles and a number of yard work and rubbish trucks drove by.

I was out of commission. I spent about an hour watching healing videos. The first one had given me major relief in my third eye 2 nights ago. This morning it did nothing. Why? I continued watching various healing videos and after about an hour, I started to feel much better. I was even able to send light elsewhere.

I ate, cleaned up a little accomplished 1 hour of crochet and started to suddenly feel tired and have third eye pain. I looked out the window to see that the street maintenance trucks arrived in to work on the strip of grass in front of the home I rent and the ones around me.

I was extremely grateful to see that the crew was using rakes.

Last week homes two houses down had yard work done that involved vehicles and non electric leaf blowers and I was very sick for ½ a day on 3 different days.

Unfortunately the 3 trucks it required for the leaves, crew and equipment now have my third eye and head pain at about a 9 out of 10. I can’t do anything. It is very painful to even type.

I decided I would record this before I start back into the energy healing videos to try to get some relief.

It is impossible to describe how it feels to achieve next to nothing every single day and have extreme pain at the same time.

The trucks and crew are gone. I am extremely lucky that the crew used rakes. Had they used the fuel powered leaf blowers the head and third eye pain would have expanded to a number of other parts of my body. I have been there much too often, over once a week this fall and it is horrific.

I wish either I find some safe affordable place to live set back far away from any vehicle use at all or all vehicles used become completely electric or run on some other form of power that is 100 % gasoline and diesel free.

Typing this with such pain in my head and third I has me very tired. Not sure I am up to trying the healing videos. Maybe I will just lay down.
